The new Liberty Memorial Bridge over the Missouri River between Bismarck and Mandan is being dedicated Tuesday.

The state Transportation Department says the ceremony will include a flyover of military Blackhawk helicopters, a military vehicle parade, a ribbon-cutting and a reception at the Bismarck State College Energy Center.

All four lanes of the new bridge are now open to traffic. It replaces the first car bridge to span the Missouri. The new bridge has a military theme and displays.
