HETTINGER -- Brian Terry Gravning, 52, rural Hettinger, passed away suddenly at his home in northern Adams County.
Service of remembrance for Brian will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 11, at the Hettinger Lutheran Church in Hettinger. The Rev. Tom Davis will officiate and burial will follow at the Richland Cemetery near his home. Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday followed by a gathering of family and friends at 7 p.m., all at the Centennial Chapel of Evanson Jensen Funeral Homes in Hettinger.
Brian is survived by his wife, Libby Gravning; daughters, Paige (Brandon) Byler, Ellinwood, Kan., and Kaycee Schwind, Fargo; his parents, Terry and Myrna Gravning, Hettinger; brother, Greg Gravning, Hettinger; two granddaughters, Madalynn and Charleigh Byler; nephew, Gabe (Steph) Gravning, Bismarck; niece, Amanda Gravning, Bismarck; great-nephew, Abraham Gravning and great-niece, Abigail Gravning.
Brian was preceded in death by both grandparents, Earl and Virginia Meisner, and Melvin and Thelma Gravning.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in Brian’s memory.
