Theft of property: Kimberly J. Cooper, 35, 906 Crescent Lane, deferred sentence for two years with supervised probation, 40 hours community service.

Delivery of a controlled substance: Austin Germain, 17, 8600 Caraway Drive, deferred sentence for three years with supervised probation, 40 hours community service, restitution.

Prohibited acts with controlled substances: Joseph N. Brunelle, 18, 719 N. 18th St., deferred sentence for 18 months with supervised probation.
