SEX OFFENDER LOCATION INFORMATION

For information about the locations of sex offenders in the community, visit www.sexoffender.nd.gov. The website contains databases of sex offenders and offenders against children, as well as an email notification system in which the public can be notified every time an offender in the area changes his or her information.

CRIME STOPPERS

Call Bismarck Area Crime Stoppers at 701-224-TIPS (8477) to report information about any crime in Bismarck, Mandan, Burleigh County or Morton County. Information can be given anonymously and you may be eligible for cash rewards if the information leads to an arrest.

Judge Gail Hagerty

Attempted murder: Arthur L. Crissler, 46, Department of Corrections, 20 years with all but seven years suspended for five years with supervised probation, also felonious restraint: five years. The charge of prohibited/possession of a firearm was dismissed.

Theft of property: Seb L. Harrison, 25, Department of Corrections, three years with all but 18 months suspended for 18 months with supervised probation, jail time served concurrent to present jail sentence.

Failure to register as a sexual offender: Kristopher A. Breding, 31, Department of Corrections, one year with 275 days suspended for one year with supervised probation.

Judge Sonna Anderson

Possession of a controlled substance: MacKenzie M. M. Crissler, 24, 9350 Desert Road,  two counts of two years suspended for two years with supervised probation. 

Judge Cynthia Feland

Possession of methamphetamine: William J. Fetzer, 25, 130 American Ave., deferred sentence for two years with supervised probation.

Possession of methamphetamine: Michael J. Jackson, 46, Marysville, Wash., one year and one day with all but 39 days suspended for 360 days with unsupervised probation, also possession of drug paraphernalia: first count: one year with all but 39 days suspended for 360 days, second count: 30 days, also possession of a controlled substance: 30 days, also driving under the influence accompanied by a minor: $500 and 30 days, jail time served concurrently.
