The Alzheimer’s Association will offer a free presentation, “Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body: Tips from the Latest Research,” from 4 to 5 p.m. Oct. 17 at Sunset Drive, 1011 Boundary St. N.W., in Mandan.

This workshop covers four areas of lifestyle habits that are associated with healthy aging, including cognitive activity, physical health and exercise, diet and nutrition and social engagement.
