BISMARCK, N.D. _ A Bismarck woman is accused of cutting her boyfriend with a steak knife.
Courtney Lynn Towry, 22, was charged Friday with Class C felony aggravated assault.
Bismarck Police Sgt. Mark Bus-chena said officers were called to a fight on the 2800 block of Warwick Loop at 11:43 p.m. Thursday. Officers located a vehicle believed to be involved and a 22-year-old Bismarck man with cuts on his back and hand was a passenger in the vehicle, Buschena said.
The man was taken by ambulance to a Bismarck emergency room. Officers then arrested Towry.
The man told officers he had been involved in a fight with Towry and other people and went into a bathroom to get away, Buschena said. He said the man reported Towry came in and cut him.
Both the 22-year-old man and a 30-year-old man who was driving him to the hospital when police intercepted the vehicle also were arrested, though neither was charged with anything as of Friday. The 22-year-old man was released from the jail, while the 30-year-old remains in custody on a warrant and on suspicion of drunken driving.
