A Mandan man was arrested for drunken driving after driving into a mobile home, police said.

Mandan Police Sgt. Brent Wilmeth said no one in the mobile home was injured, but the force of the crash   knocked a child off a bed and knocked items out of a kitchen cabinets.

Wilmeth said the 36-year-old man was eastbound when he struck the mobile home at 1106 Dakota Trail at 1:10 a.m. Saturday.

The family in the home reported the impact felt like an earthquake.

Wilmeth said the driver lives about a block from the home. He also was arrested on a warrant from Ward County.
