A man reported missing last week in Bismarck was struck in a pedestrian crash now under review by the city attorney's office.

Bismarck Police Sgt. Mark Buschena said 61-year-old Kevin Schramm was walking westbound, crossing the intersection at University Drive and Denver Avenue when a vehicle driven by 58-year-old Kandace Guthrie, of Bismarck, struck him around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Guthrie was southbound on University Drive in its farthest west lane. Schramm reportedly did not have a walking signal at the time he was struck.

He sustained a leg injury and possible head injury, according to Buschena. The case is under investigation with no arrests, charges or citations as yet.

It's unknown if Schramm is still in the hospital.

Bismarck Police reported him missing early Friday afternoon and was last seen leaving his work on foot around 2:30 p.m. Dec. 26 in south Bismarck.

Police reported him as found around 3 p.m. Friday.
