On Monday, South Central District Judge James Hill sentenced 28-year-old Robert Williamson, who pleaded guilty last fall to sex charges involving a minor.
Williamson pleaded guilty to two felony counts of gross sexual imposition and one felony count of luring minors by computer. He was accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl in June 2015 after contacting her via social media.
Hill sentenced Williamson to first serve five years in state prison with credit for 468 days, followed by five years of supervised probation and $1,110 in court fees.
Williamson's GSI charges were Class AA felonies, punishable by up to life in prison.
