South Central District Judge Cynthia Feland found sufficient probable cause Monday to proceed with arraignment in the case of a Mandan man accused of sexually abusing two small children.

Jacord De Vondre Hall, 22, will be arraigned in the Morton County courthouse on one count each of Class B felony gross sexual imposition and Class C felony corruption of a minor on Oct. 20.

According to the affidavit, on June 11, the mother of a 6-year-old girl and 7-year-old boy took the children to Sanford Hospital after the children said Hall had been exposing himself to them and soliciting the girl.

On June 18, a Mandan police detective interviewed the children, who described multiple instances of abuse. The boy said that at one point, he recorded Hall soliciting his sister on his phone, but Hall allegedly deleted the video.

Hall is in custody at Morton County Correctional Center, where he is being held on a $5,000 cash-only bond.
