Two months after she was last seen, 37-year-old Julia Jacobson has still not been found, but the murder case against her ex-husband is moving forward.

Dalen Ware, 39, is charged with Jacobson's murder. He is held at San Bernardino County's West Valley Detention Center, pending $1 million bail. He was booked Friday morning after extradition from Arizona.

Ware's next court date is Monday morning in Rancho Superior Court.

Jacobson was a retired Army captain with Bismarck ties who worked as a corporate real estate broker for 7-Eleven in San Diego.

Her family has arranged for memorial services in Mandan and San Diego, according to her obituary.

Her North Dakota memorial will be 11 a.m. Dec. 1 at the Spirit of Life Catholic Church, 801 First St. S.E. in Mandan.

Contributions in honor of Jacobson may be made to Pets for Vets. Her family has also set up a scholarship fund in her name.
