Jacob Todd, 29, of Loveland, Colo., is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver after a traffic stop reportedly netted 30 pounds of marijuana in his vehicle.

A Morton County Sheriff's deputy stopped Todd Wednesday afternoon for speeding on Interstate 94. A K-9 sniff indicated narcotics in the vehicle after Todd's behavior reportedly appeared indicative of drug trafficking.

Morton County reported a search found 30 heat-sealed bags of marijuana, reportedly worth about $30,000.

Todd is held at the Burleigh-Morton County Detention Center, pending $20,000 cash bond. He was reportedly traveling from Oregon to Minneapolis.
