One driver was injured and another was cited in a wrong-way crash Wednesday morning on the Grant Marsh Bridge.

North Dakota Highway Patrol reported that 86-year-old Margaret Kuntz, of Mandan, was westbound in an eastbound lane of Interstate 94 on the Grant Marsh Bridge when she and 54-year-old Amos Kraav, of Baldwin, struck head-on at reduced speeds around 9 a.m. Wednesday.

Metro Area Ambulance took Kraav to a hospital for minor injuries. Highway Patrol reported Kuntz was uninjured. Both drivers were reportedly wearing seat belts. 

Their vehicles sustained moderate front end damage. Traffic was reduced to one lane until both drivers' vehicles were towed.

Kuntz was cited for going the wrong way.

Bismarck and Mandan fire personnel also responded.
