Less than a day after a man traveling from Oregon to Minneapolis was charged for 30 pounds of marijuana found in his vehicle, a nearly identical arrest has occurred.

Ricky Fischer, 60, of Culver, Ore., is charged with a felony and misdemeanor count each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver after a traffic stop Thursday afternoon on Interstate 94 for an illegal window tint.

Morton County reported a sheriff's deputy found 80 pounds of marijuana in Fischer's vehicle during a consent search.

Fischer reportedly opened totes containing the drugs for the officer to view.

On Wednesday afternoon, 29-year-old Jacob Todd, of Loveland, Colo., was arrested in a near identical situation: Stopped for a traffic violation on I-94 in Morton County and allegedly found with 30 pounds of packaged marijuana, on his way to Minneapolis from Oregon.

Fischer is held at the Burleigh-Morton County Detention Center.
