For the third time in less than two weeks, a Bismarck Walmart evacuated from a bomb threat.
Bismarck Police responded after 5 p.m. Wednesday to Walmart South along Rock Island Place, Sgt. Mark Buschena said. The store manager told police he received a call with a recorded message that said two pipe bombs were in the building.
The store was evacuated and searched by police, with nothing found, according to Buschena, adding the store then resumed normal operations.
It's possible the bomb threat is connected to two similar calls to the north Bismarck Walmart on Aug. 28 and Aug. 29.
