On Dec. 13, a Wednesday, the Bismarck Tribune will publish one of its biggest papers of the year and it will go to most Bismarck-Mandan residents.

It’s called Mass Distribution Day and the Tribune will deliver a copy of that day’s paper, including the Finder, to 40,000 households in Bismarck-Mandan. Apartment complexes and mobile home parks can call (701-223-2500) and request papers to be placed in common areas so residents have access to them.

The papers will be delivered to subscribers and non-subscribers.

“I have done this for the past 10 years in two communities and it was a huge success for advertisers and shoppers that may still be looking for Christmas gifts,” said Tribune publisher Gary Adkisson. “With Christmas just a few weeks away, this is an advertiser’s best opportunity to blanket the Bismarck-Mandan area with a Christmas advertisement, or to wish their customers a Merry Christmas.”

Because of the anticipated size of the paper the Tribune will publish early on the night of Dec. 12.
