Bismarck Police have released the name of the woman who died in a two-vehicle crash in south Bismarck on Wednesday.
Agnes Eagle, 65, of Bismarck, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which occurred at 12:49 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of University Drive and Burleigh Avenue.
Eagle was a passenger in a vehicle driving on Burleigh Avenue that was attempting to cross University Drive. A 26-year-old Bismarck woman driving the car was taken to a local hospital, then airlifted to Fargo for treatment for her injuries.
The driver of the vehicle that struck them was treated and released from a Bismarck hospital.
Police said there are no indications of excessive speeding nor alcohol use.
Police are withholding the names of the other people involved in the crash due to the ongoing investigation.
