Anyone at least 18 may participate in the Bismarck Police Department's biennial citizen survey, open now for police to gauge citizens' attitudes toward the department as well as safety concerns and suggestions.

The 16-question survey is available on the Bismarck Police website. Police will compile the results in its considerations of improvements to policies, performance and planning.

The survey takes about two minutes. Non-Bismarck residents may participate.
