Despite construction on the new governor’s residence, there will be trick-or-treating Tuesday night at the current residence. Gov. Doug Burgum and first lady will be at the current residence to greet trick-or-treaters from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Cars may enter the property at the south driveway on north Fourth Street and drive up to the drop-off area. Kids will get out of their vehicles and walk up to the front door to receive their treats and then return to their vehicles. Vehicles will then exit using the north entrance of the driveway loop.
Capitol Security will provide traffic control.
