A wind chill warning continues for all of North Dakota on Tuesday, with wind chills ranging from 25 to 45 below zero, according to the National Weather Service Bismarck.
The wind chill warning remains in effect until 1 p.m. Tuesday. The cold wind can cause frostbite in as little as 10 minutes to exposed skin.
The high Tuesday in Bismarck is 4 below, and tonight the low will be 15 below. On Wednesday, the high is 4 degrees and wind chill values at 25 below. There will be a 50 percent chance of snow Wednesday evening.
