Medora - Medora will be hopping early this season, with events planned around the community's 125th anniversary the weekend of April 25-27. An anniversary ball will be held at 8:15 a.m. April 26, limited to 300 ticket holders. The new Chateau de Mores interpretive center will open to the public from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 26 and the Billings County Courthouse Museum and the North Dakota Hall of Fame also will be open. Wing - Volunteers are needed April 26 to help Ducks Unlimited prepare the Coteau Ranch north of Wing for spring activities of grassland restoration and grazing. Steele - A town hall meeting will be held at 7 p.m. April 21 at the Steele Community Center for the public to hear the annual report on the town's activities and future goals. All city and county residents are welcome and refreshments will be served.

Streeter - Logan County residents are invited to a quartet performance by singers from Valley City that will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday at the American Legion Hall in Streeter. An ice cream social will be held after the concert and donations will go toward Relay for Life.

Zeeland - Auditions for the Missoula Children's Theater production of "Sleeping Beauty" will be held at 4 p.m. April 28 at the Zeeland Public School. The traveling theater has roles for 50 to 60 students kindergarten through 12th grade. Rehearsals will be held throughout the week and the performances will be at 3 and 7 p.m. May 3 at the Zeeland City Hall.
Ashley - A spaghetti dinner and bingo will be held starting at 11:30 a.m. Sunday at the Ashley American Legion Hall, with bingo starting at 1:30 p.m. Proceeds from the event will go to the Ashley Medical Center.

Watford City - Boy Scout Troop No. 382 will hold its annual pancake supper from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Watford City Civic Center. Scouts will be out selling tickets door to door and tickets also will be available that evening. Proceeds go toward helping scouts go to camp.

Garrison - Garrison will host its annual Bean Day Tuesday in recognition of the federal tax filing deadline. Beans and bean inspired dishes will be served at Garrison businesses from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and the efforts judged for prizes. The public is invited to participate.
Washburn - A 3.8-mile walk-run will be held, starting with registration at 7:15 a.m. May 3 at the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center in Washburn. Proceeds from the "Cruising for a Cure," event will go toward the Relay for Life cancer research program. To register, call Emily Retterath at 462-8686.

Parshall - Parshall High School students will perform a drama dinner theater production of "Noplace Like Nowhere" at 6 p.m. Thursday at the school gym.
