The Abused Adult Resource Center board of directors will meet at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 19 at the Kelly Inn in Bismarck.

Program speaker will be Tom Regan, executive director of the Missouri Slope Areawide United Way.

The meeting will include election of three board members. Board incumbents whose positions are up for re-election are Bon Wikenheiser, director, North Dakota Small Business Development Centers; Jennifer Gladden, human resources officer, North Dakota Department of Commerce; and Sharon Klein, human resources manager, Basin Electric Power Cooperative.

In addition, an amendment to AARC's bylaws will be considered, allowing for appointment of an honorary board of directors.

The Mandan High School Swing Choir will provide entertainment. Appetizers will be provided.
