Hydrant maintenance scheduled

The city of Bismarck Public Works and Bismarck Fire Departments will be conducting fire hydrant maintenance. Hydrant testing hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday from Xavier Street to State Street andI-94 to Boulevard Avenue.

Hydrant maintenance in these areas may result in rusty water. Customers are advised not to was clothing during this time until their water clears. One way to help clear the water is to run lawn sprinklers.
