The Bismarck Police Department released information about a high-risk sex offender who moved to Bismarck.

The notification is for informational purposes. The person is not wanted by the police.

Thomas Lee Kelly, 28, now lives at 2433 State St., No. 242. He is a lifetime offender because of a gross sexual imposition conviction in May 2000 in Burleigh County District Court.
