A jury has found a Bismarck man not guilty of Class B felony arson.
The jury of seven women and five men found Lawrence Bailey not guilty on Wednesday.
Bailey had been accused of setting a fire that destroyed a business he co-owned in 2006. The jury found him not guilty after two days of trial.
Bailey also has been accused of setting his girlfriend's mobile home on fire in April 2007. He is slated to stand trial on that arson charge on Jan. 12.
