Bismarck police made arrests in methamphetamine and marijuana delivery cases over the weekend.
Three people were arrested Sunday in a methamphetamine case where officers seized approximately $5,600 worth of the drug.
Zaragoza Najera, 52, Darrell Belgarde, 42, and Cora Allery, 19, were charged with Class Afelony conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine on Monday.
South Central District Judge Sonna Anderson set bond for Najera at $100,000 cash; for Belgarde at $50,000 cash; and for Allery at $5,000 cash.
Najera, of Houston, is accused of bringing methamphetamine to the Bismarck area and selling it to Belgarde and Allery, Burleigh County Assistant State's Attorney Julie Lawyer said. Belgarde and Allery both claim Mandan addresses, she said.
Lawyer said Najera has convictions in Fargo and Texas for drug delivery offenses, and an aggravated sexual assault conviction in Texas.
Narcotics investigators said the trio was arrested after a search warrant was conducted at a home, and 1 ounce of methamphetamine, valued at $5,600, was seized.
In a separate case, a Bismarck man was arrested Sunday after officers found 46 baggies of marijuana, containing approximately a pound of the drug.
Rusty Mason, 22, was charged Monday with Class Bfelony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, Class Amisdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and Class Amisdemeanor ingestion of a controlled substance.
Anderson set bond for Mason at $10,000 cash.
Lawyer said Mason has an abusive sexual contact conviction in federal court.
