MINOT (AP) - Minot police say a boy who had threatened to burn down his house was arrested after a fire started in the bedroom and spread through the lower level.

No one was hurt in the Saturday night fire. Police said the home was evacuated after the fire was reported about 9:30 p.m.

A police statement said the boy is being held on charges of endangering by fire or explosion.
