Mary Stark Elementary School has received an Arts in Education Grant to bring Chuck Suchy for an arts residency.

The grant is from the North Dakota Council on the Arts.

Mary Stark was among 26 recipients of Artist-in-Residence funding.

Singer-songwriter Chuck Suchy will spend April 21-25 helping with song writing.

On May 1, Suchy and Mary Stark students will perform a concert. The event begins at 7 p.m. at Mandan High School Auditorium. The concert is open to the public.
