HANKINSON (AP) - The Hankinson City Council has decided that a bar owner must close his business for a week because two people took off all their clothes in the bar and had sex in front of other patrons.

The couple were charged with fornicating in public.

Cell-phone images captured the Oct. 12 incident inside the Spare Time Bar.

Bar owner Roger Boutain was not in the business at the time, nor did his bartender call him to report the incident.

Charged were two 21-year-olds: Joshua Fenske of Hankinson and Adriane Diede of Breckenridge, Minn.

Authorities said the sex lasted from 30 to 45 minutes.
