Bismarck police are investigating seven reports of vandalism in which something was thrown through vehicle windows.
Sgt. Mark Buschena said five vehicles in north Bismarck and two in south Bismarck had rocks or bricks thrown through the windows early Friday morning.
Buschena said three vehicles in the mobile home park at 4005 N. 19th St. had windows broken. Cinder blocks were found inside two of the vehicles, he said.
Large rocks were found near vehicles with broken windows on the 3300 and 3600 blocks of Saratoga Avenue, Buschena said.
Bricks were used to break two vehicle windows on the 100 block of Delaware and the 1500 block of Virginia, Buschena said.
He said police do not know if all of the vandalism cases are related. The total damages of the seven vehicles was $2,300, he said.
