Roger Erhardt, 50, Mandan, passed away Aug. 22, 2017, at CHI St. Alexius Health, Bismarck. Services were held Aug. 26 at Mandan High School Auditorium, Mandan, with Deacon Steve Brannan officiating.
Roger was born on May 22, 1967, to Jacob and Marcella (Barnhardt) Erhardt in Mandan. He was raised and educated in Mandan. Roger married Karla Krause on June 9, 1995, in Bismarck. Roger currently worked for the Mandan School District. Roger was also the owner of Attention to Detail taking pride in everything he did including the work he did for his business. He was a more reserved guy that did not like to call attention to himself but he sometimes found himself to be at the center. He had a quick wit and a great sense of humor and a “goofy” manner. Roger enjoyed hunting, fishing including fishing tournaments and camping always including his dog, Fudge. He was an avid Tampa Bay Buccaneer’s fan. Roger’s family was central in his life and he would do whatever was need for them. He enjoyed coaching his son and daughter's baseball and volleyball teams. He was a generous and caring person and will be missed by his family and friends.
Roger will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 22 years, Karla; his daughter, Kyra (special friend, Hunter Miller) Erhardt, Mandan; his son, Keaden Erhardt, also of Mandan; a sister, Ramona Englhard, Mandan; and his brothers, Rocky (Patty), Rodney (Pam) and Russell (Betty) Erhardt, all of Mandan.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Jacob and Marcella; an infant brother, James; and his parents-in-law, Chuck and Jackie Krause.
