The 2017 Property Tax Brochure is now available online. The brochure will be mailed out with December water bills and copies will be available at Mandan City Hall.

Mandan had the fifth lowest property taxes among the 12 largest cities in 2016, according to North Dakota League of Cities rankings. The city's consolidated tax levy for 2017 is 264 mills, which is 1.32 percent of value for commercial property and 1.19 percent for residential property. The levy is down from 268 mills in 2016, 280 mills in 2015, 314 mills in 2014, 331 in 2013, 394 mills in 2012, 403 mills in 2011, 409 mills in 2010 and 414 mills in 2009.
