Lee Weisbeck, Dave Rogstad and Todd Neurohr have been promoted at Starion Bank.
Weisbeck is now market president for Bismarck-Mandan and will work from the downtown Bismarck and Mandan branches. With Starion since 2007, he became Mandan market president in 2015. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mary and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
Rogstad is now business banking manager, senior vice president, for the Bismarck-Mandan business banking line and will work at the downtown Bismarck branch He has more than 17 years of banking experience. He joined Starion in 2014 as a business banking officer. Rogstad earned bachelor’s degrees in agricultural economics and accountancy from North Dakota State University and is a graduate of the Wisconsin School of Banking.
Neurohr has been promoted to ag banking manager, senior vice president, for the Bismarck-Mandan ag business line and will work at the Mandan branch. Neurohr has more than 24 years of agricultural lending experience. He began his career with Starion in 2013 and most recently was senior vice president. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from U-Mary.
