HIGH TEA FASHION SHOW

Sisters Stephanie Delmore and Susan Lundberg are reflected in a mirror decorated with garland and Christmas ornaments as they prepare for the annual Holiday High Tea and Fashion Show in 2016 at the Trinity Community Center at 310 E. Avenue A in Bismarck. The show, canceled due to a winter storm, was to feature food from Chef Cicilia Dina Anderson, a vintage-style show modeled by area youth and a presentation of Santa Lucia and her crown of candles. The annual fundraising event benefits Sleep Hollow Theatre and Arts Park and its educational programs.

Celebrate the winter solstice with a White Christmas theme at Sleepy Hollow’s Holiday High Tea and Vintage Style Show, staged at the Trinity Community Center, 310 E. Avenue A in Bismarck from 3 to 5 p.m. Dec. 9.

Gourmet teas and gourmet fare are the culinary selections of Cicilia Dina Andersen, Chef de Patissiere Diplome Ritz-Escoffier, Hote-Ritz, Paris. Three different teas are selected from The Marco Polo, The Eros, The Sur Le Nil, Esprit de Noel, Lemon Tea with Peel Kowa Barcelona or English Apple Wedgwood Barlaston Stoke-on-Trent.

White-themed costumes are modeled by Sleepy Hollow cast members, selected from Sleepy Hollow Theatre’s extensive costume collection. The Holiday Silent Auction features wreaths, trees, tea, floral arrangements and decorative pieces. Ambiance piano selections are by Joy Sorenson. A presentation of Santa Lucia also highlights the event.

Paid reservations are necessary and may be made online at www.shtap.org, by sending payment to SHTAP, PO Box 675, Bismarck, ND 58502 or by calling 701-319-0894. Limited space. The $30 ticket supports the educational programming of Sleepy Hollow Theatre & Arts Park.
