This is a learning experience for those of you who want to understand meditation and the various methods to start your own practice at home. This also gives you a calm environment to meditate if that is what you are seeking.
Bring your meditation practice or learn to meditate by joining us for these classes. We have the tools you will need for this mid-day mindfulness study. There are mats, blankets, bolsters and blocks to make your meditation as comfortable as possible. Warm yourself by the fire and relax.
