Two promoted

Courtney Neff and Hannah Zimmerman have been promoted at Pediatric Therapy Partners, Bismarck.

Neff has become clinic coordinator. An employee there since 2013, she most recently has been the interim clinic coordinator.

Zimmerman has been promoted to therapy coordinator. She joined the local staff in 2014 as an occupational therapist.

Glas selected

Jeff Glas has been named the market leader for Wells Fargo Business Banking in Bismarck and Mandan. He remains Business Banking manager in Minot.

Glas began his career at Wells Fargo in 2010 in Des Moines, Iowa. Glas has a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota.

He replaces John Giese, who retired.

New at Alliance

Three people are new agents at Alliance Real Estate.

Tammy Olson was raised in Bismarck and worked for 20 years as an insurance commercial lines underwriter.

Jasmin Yoder moved from Germany to Bismarck as a teenager. She is a licensed social worker and spent many years in retail.

Bill Dean has seven years of real estate investing and remodeling experience.

Atkinson at bank

Krystall Atkinson has joined BlackRidgeBANK, Bismarck, as a client services associate.

She most recently worked as a product and marketing specialist. She holds an associate's degree from Bismarck State College.

Two recognized

Kristin Oban, with Century 21 Morrison Realty, Bismarck, was recognized as Realtor of the Year by the North Dakota Association of Realtors at its combined convention with South Dakota.

Oban, who has been a Realtor since 2002, is a member of the Bismarck-Mandan Board of Realtors and has served as an officer on its board of directors. She also has served on the board of directors of the state association.

Area nominees for the award included Sue Heth, NextHome Legendary Properties, Minot; Heather Kitzman, NextHome Fredricksen Real Estate, Williston; and Lorrie Nantt, RE/MAX Integrity Realty, Dickinson.

Vicki Roller, Elite Real Estate, Bismarck was recognized as the 2017 Dakotas CRS of the Year.

Certified real estate specialist is a designation earned by Realtors who have met certain educational and professional requirements.

Roller has chaired and served on committees of the Bismarck-Mandan Board of Realtors and the North Dakota Association of Realtors and represents North Dakota as a national director.

Closings leaders

Shirley Thomas and Judy Maslowski are Realtors of the month at Bianco Realty for having the most closed sales in August.

Lawyers listed

David Maring has been included on the Great Plains Super Lawyers list for 2017 in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury work.

Two attorneys who also work at Maring Williams Law Office P.C. in Bismarck were selected for the 2017 Great Plains Super Lawyers Rising Stars list: James Hoy and Lindsay Wilz.

Hired at BND

Brittany Scheett and David Stenvold have been hired as customer service representatives in student loans at the Bank of North Dakota.

Scheett previously was a financial aid associate at Bismarck State College. She has an associate's degree in business management.

Stenvold was an account executive with Colonial Life. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of North Dakota.

Helling promoted

Shae Helling has been promoted to director of FBO operations and marketing at Bismarck Aero Center.

Helling, an Alexander native, has been with BAC for five years, beginning as a marketing intern.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business administration and a master’s in project management from the University of Mary.

Two with Extension

Sara Fisher and Breanna Miller are administrative assistants with the NDSU Extension-Burleigh County staff.

Both have years of experience.

Fisher’s duties include supporting the Burleigh County 4-H program.

Miller is working with the agriculture and family consumer science programs.
