Tim Mattson, Dave Lehman and Mitch Grade are new agents at Alliance Real Estate.
Mattson earned a bachelor's degree in music from North Dakota State University and served four tours in the military. He has been a captain in the Army National Guard, small-business owner and licensed contractor.
Lehman is a full-time Realtor. He holds an engineering degree from NDSU and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota. He has worked for nearly 20 years in manufacturing and economic development and owns and operates a residential and commercial real estate rental business.
Grade is a North Dakota native with home selling and buying experience.
David Wald has been named adviser of the month for December by Securian Financial Advisors of N.D. Inc., based upon production and client service. Wald is located in Mandan.
Nicci Shetler has been promoted to credit banker in the commercial lending area at Choice Financial in Bismarck.
Shetler was hired in 2016 as a credit analyst.
Stephanie Blumhagen has been hired as executive director of the Foundation for Agricultural and Rural Resource Management and Sustainability.
Blumhagen has more than a decade of experience in the public and nonprofit sectors and holds master’s degrees in public administration and environmental studies. She has worked for United Way and as a grant writer. Raised on a small farm near Drake, she opened a small business, Meadowlark Granary, in 2014 after completing FARRMS’ Farm Beginnings course.
Banks named VP
Scott Banks has been named vice president of operational finance and chief financial officer at CHI St. Alexius Health Bismarck.
Banks has had similar roles in traditional hospital settings and in physician practice management.
He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, and a master's degree in health administration from Weber State University, Ogden, Utah.
Ressler with Legacy
Sandy Ressler has joined Legacy Financial Partners, Bismarck, a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services Inc., as a financial planning specialist.
Ressler has 26 years of experience in the financial services industry and holds Series 7, 66 and 24 licenses and CRC and AIF designations.
