Goettle a partner
Shane Goettle, of Mandan, has become a partner in Odney and member of its management team.
Goettle, who has been with the company since 2012 and is director of its public affairs division, is a minority owner. He is a former commissioner for the North Dakota Department of Commerce.
Pederson new CEO
Jeff Pederson has been hired as CEO for Assistive (formerly IPAT) in Mandan.
Pederson holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Valley City State University and was president at Catholic Health Initiatives/Villa Nazareth and Friendship Inc./Riverview Place in Fargo for 24 years.
Assistive, a nonprofit organization, also has an office in Fargo.
Jamie Sorenson, Bismarck, has earned the Certified Residential Specialist designation from the Council of Residential Specialists.
Sorenson is a Realtor with Alliance Real Estate.
Jessica Middleton has been promoted to chief financial officer at Lighthouse Commodities LLC, Bismarck.
Middleton has been with Lighthouse Commodities since shortly after its founding and has spent her entire career in commodity accounting.
Two earn CPA
Jared Mack and Shelley Gramling, both with Eide Bailly LLP, have earned the certified public accountant designation.
Mack, a senior audit associate, has been with the firm for two years.
Gramling, a tax associate, has been on the staff for one year.
Alex Craigmile, Bismarck, has been hired as chief financial officer of Innovative Energy Alliance Cooperative, effective March 5.
He will fill the position vacated by Travis Kupper’s promotion to co-general manager and CEO.
Craigmile holds an accounting degree from the University of North Dakota and most recently worked at National Information Solutions Cooperative in Mandan. He has more than seven years of cooperative experience.
Tiffany Lacher was recently promoted to universal services associate at Capital Credit Union’s main office in Bismarck.
Lacher expects to receive a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mary in April. She has been with Capital Credit Union four years, most recently as a teller.

Tanya Guthmiller, a family nurse practitioner in pain management, has joined Sanford Seventh & Rosser Clinic in Bismarck.
Guthmiller graduated from the University of Mary with a master’s degree in nursing practice.
Emily Paul has been promoted to sales director at Pulse USA Inc. in Bismarck.
She has been with the company since 2013 and has a background in the agriculture industry.
