Matthew Baumgartner, a financial adviser with Northwestern Mutual in Bismarck, has achieved certified financial planner status.
The certification requires meeting experience and ethical requirements, coursework and passing an examination.
Two at The Village
Brittany Tofsrud and Megan Kraft are now outpatient counselors at The Village Family Service Center in Bismarck.
Both are licensed professional counselors.
Tofsrud has worked for The Village as an in-home family therapist and employee assistance program counselor. She earned a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Mary.
Kraft has a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Walden University. She previously worked for Vocational Rehabilitation in Bismarck and Centre Inc. in Mandan.
Robbie Montgomery has been named adviser of the month for November by Securian Financial Advisors of N.D. Inc. based on production and client service.
Montgomery has been a representative with Securian since 2007 and is located in Mandan.
Fred Fridley has been named Sanford Health Foundation executive director for the Bismarck region. Fridley remains director of Sanford POWER in Bismarck and the senior public affairs specialist for Sanford Health’s Bismarck region.
He joined Sanford Health in 2012.
Julie Dahle, internal audit manager at Choice Financial in Bismarck, is among Northwestern Financial Review’s “2017 Outstanding Women in Banking.”
Five community bankers were selected from 14 Midwest states.
Dahle has more than 20 years financial services experience. She graduated from Minot State with a degree in general studies and received an executive master's degree in business administration from the University of Mary.
Ahmann an agent
Casey Ahmann, Bismarck, has been hired by the North Dakota General Office of New York Life as an agent for the company.
Originally from Burlington, Ahmann attended Minot State University and enlisted in the North Dakota Army National Guard in 2012. He most recently was a store manager for AT&T.
