Four with Fireside

Four people were recently hired by Fireside Office Solutions.

Benjamin Gross is a computer and networking consultant who relocated to Bismarck. He has10 years of technology and customer service experience.

Mike Krebs, an electronic content manager, is a Bismarck native who graduated from the University of Mary. He has five years of customer service experience.

Jerry Baggett is an imaging specialist with more than 27 years of customer service experience.

Ryan Marthaller is a service technician. A Bismarck native, he has eight years of technical experience and most recently worked for Coventry Health Care.

Giglio joins clinic

Dr. Michael Giglio, a neurologist, recently joined Sanford Clinic in Bismarck.

He completed a neurology residency at State University of New York Upstate, Syracuse, an internal medicine internship at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center, Worcester, and a neurobehavioral fellowship at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester, N.Y. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, Dominica, West Indies.

Addy with clinic

Dr. Boyd Addy is a family practitioner at Mandan Clinic-East.

He received his medical degree from the University of Manitoba and completed his internship training at the Health Science Center in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Addy has been an associate professor of family practice at the University of North Dakota since 1980. He received his fellowship in family practice in 1988.

Two attend

Amy Miller, life enrichment director at Touchmark on West Century, and Steve Metzger, Touchmark Health & Fitness Club director, recently attended the company’s annual training in its Full Life Wellness & Life Enrichment Program and clubs.

Three hired by FCCU

Courtney Grossman, Thomas Schmidt and Todd Van Orman have joined the staff of First Community Credit Union of Bismarck.

Grossman and Schmidt are ag/business loan officers and Van Orman is an internal auditor.

Grossman is a graduate of the University of Mary with a degree in finance and had worked in commercial lending at Union State Bank.

Schmidt is a graduate of Dickinson State University with dual degrees in accounting and business administration. He previously worked for the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the USDA-Farm Service Agency.

Van Orman is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a degree in banking and financial economics. He had been a financial institutions examiner with the North Dakota Department of Financial Institutions.

Hinkelman with Bain

Jared Hinkelman recently joined the Bain Agency in Bismarck as an account executive working in the insurance firm’s employee benefits area.

Quenette promoted

Curry Quenette has been promoted to branch manager of the Bismarck Wallwork Truck Center and also is associated with the Wallwork Truck Body Shop in Bismarck and the Wallwork Truck Centers in Williston, Dickinson and Minot.

Quenette earned a bachelor’s degree in automotive marketing and business management from Northwood University in Cedar Hill, Texas.

He was hired by Wallwork Truck Center, Fargo, in 2006 to complete his college internship there and remained on staff after graduation, eventually becoming assistant branch manager at WTC Bismarck.

Six with company

Six people have joined Quality Title Inc. in Bismarck.

Bonnie J. Johnson, a licensed title agent, has more than 20 years of title industry experience.

Micheal Bauer, a licensed abstractor, has more than seven years of abstracting experience.

Val Timm has 26 years of experience in the banking industry.

Sheila Miller has two years of title company experience in addition to banking experience.

Chris Mehlhoff has experience with various businesses, including a title company.

Michelle Rau attended Bismarck State College and the University of Mary and has worked for various businesses in Bismarck.

Kuchler gets award

Christine Kuchler received the State and Provincial Service Award from the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards in recognition of contributions in psychology.

Kuchler is the director of psychology at the state Department of Human Services’ Badlands Human Service Center in Dickinson and West Central Human Service Center in Bismarck.

She joined the department in 1984. A licensed psychologist who earned a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of North Dakota, she holds a master’s degree in educational psychology from Marquette University in Milwaukee and a bachelor’s degree in general studies in humanities from the University of Chicago.

Changes at bank

Two American Bank Center employees have new positions and another person has joined the staff.

Kelly Schulz now holds an internal operations position in the Bismarck office. He joined American in May and most recently was a teller supervisor at American Bank Center’s Devils Lake location. Schulz has previous teller leadership and customer service experience.

Kelli Neigum has become a receptionist. She joined American in 2011 and most recently was a part-time teller at the north Bismarck location. She has previous administrative-related experience.

Kristen Becker has been hired as a receptionist for the north Bismarck location. She is a graduate of Bismarck High School.

Rudolph with alumni

Pam Rudolph, formerly of Gardiner, Mont., has joined the Dickinson State University Alumni & Foundation as an administrative assistant.

She previously was the benefits manager for Xanterra Parks and Resorts in Yellowstone National Park for 31 years.

McDermott chosen

Deb McDermott has been appointed chief financial officer for the state Department of Human Services. She had been the department’s assistant director of accounting since 1998.

A certified public accountant, she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Mary and an associate’s degree in business administration from Valley City State University and has worked for nearly 28 years in accounting and finance for the state.

Ostdahl hired

Teri Ostdahl has been hired as pregnancy and adoption counselor in the Minot office of Lutheran Social Services Adoption Option.

Ostdahl earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Minot State University and is a North Dakota-licensed social worker.

Staff recognized

Credit Collections Bureau, Bismarck, has named its October employees of the month: Shane Gold, collector; Megan Wehrkamp and Jeff Churchill, client services representatives; and Randy Randle, employee of the month.
