First Community wins award

First Community Credit Union was recently awarded the Crystal Performance Award by Raddon Financial Group.

The award recognizes the top 10 ranking credit unions based on the RFG Performance Index, of growth, income, efficiency and margin management. Each year, more than 500 credit unions are evaluated and FCCU was ranked among the top three percent of all credit unions analyzed for two consecutive reporting periods.

To be eligible for the Crystal Performance Award, a credit union must participate in an in-depth analysis of financials, sales, products and member household relationships. Top credit unions in two asset classes are recognized: credit unions above $500 million and below $500 million in assets.
