FARGO (AP) — A jury has cleared a former Fargo YMCA day care worker accused of molesting four young girls last summer.

Jatten Heinen was found not guilty on all five felony charges he faced.

The jury of nine women and three men deliberated for about five hours on Thursday, and returned the verdict shortly after returning to the courthouse Friday morning.

Heinen was accused of touching the girls either on a bus or while seated on a loveseat during "chill time" at Fargo's YMCA West.

Some girls testified that Heinen inappropriately touched them. Heinen took the stand during his trial and denied the allegations.
