Dr. Karthik Reddy has joined Medcenter One Q&R Clinic, Bismarck, as a cardiologist.
Reddy received his medical degree from Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College in Karnataka, India. He completed residencies at the University of Pennsylvania Health System in Philadelphia and fellowships there and at Tulane University in New Orleans.
Reddy, board-certified in cardiology and internal medicine, sees patients at the clinic at 222 N. Seventh St.

Damian Schlinger, an injury prevention and rehabilitation specialist with Medcenter One Occupational Health Clinic, was recently certified in quantitative job demands analysis through ErgoScience.
ErgoScience is a national group that develops objective, research-based assessment tools for rehabilitation and prevention of work-related injuries.

Eide Bailly LLP, a regional certified public accounting and business advisory firm, has promoted Shannon Breuer to the senior manager level in the Fargo office.
Breuer, a CPA, specializes in real estate and partnership taxation.

Doll has 28 years of emergency nursing experience.

LeBeau received his medical degree at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Foundation in La Crosse, Wis., and his nephrology fellowship at the University of Iowa Health Care in Iowa City.
Both doctors diagnose and treat kidney disease and also care for patients with diabetes and hypertension.

Basin Electric Power Cooperative has hired Nicole Smith as a dispatcher in its headquarters in Bismarck.

District Judge Gail Hagerty has been chosen to serve on the 14-member board of directors for LifeSource, a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives through organ and tissue donation in the Upper Midwest.
Hagerty was a member of a committee that drafted a new Uniform Anatomical Gift Act that has been adopted in 31 states.
Hagerty has been a judge for 22 years, and since 2004 has been presiding judge for the South Central Judicial District.
