Submitted by Marilyn A. Davisson, Bismarck. Shown are Hans and Frances Jorgensen. Frances was the Avon Lady in Flasher for 18 years, until she moved to Mandan. Hans started the Flasher Light Plant in 1922. Frances would read the meters and was the bookkeeper. Hans died in 1947. Frances then married George Wenger, and they had a clothing store in Flasher for many years.
